Are you really Working your Leads?

On March 29, 2010, in Independent Agent, by Radius

No, we are not talking about setting up the dialer to auto dial until the phone stops ringing and a prospect starts talking, we are atlking about meeting a need. Doubt we are the first but might be one of the few firms that are willing to pass on a client if our product can’t or won’t meet their needs. We would rather someone get what they need and want then hard sell them into buying our product that may only partially cover their wants and needs. Because in the end, that creates more frustration on both parties parts then anything else. The client  feeling like they are not getting their money’s worth and us having to deal with an irate client. So when we ask “Are you really Working you Leads?”, are you doing what is best for them or for you?

Robo Tweets

On March 25, 2010, in Radius, Random, by Radius

We are 14 Total Tweets (@radiusbob) into Twitter, following 89 with 29 followers…Have noticed that a number of people we follow are either super users or using some type of Robo Tweet software that must tweet a Headline and URL based on configuration settings. Somehow we feel this seems to defeat the purpose of Twitter and in the end is just Spam. By no means are our Tweets anything Socrates would have thought or written, but we try to keep it interesting and at a minimum legitimate.

Granted we are a few weeks late, but we’ll be an early submission for this year. Here is a sneak peek (a trailer if you will) of the Radius Video Tutorial for adding a lead within Radius. We are currently building a library of video tutorials for all aspects of Radius to help users better understand the system. What is better then actually having a guided tour?

Our blog is still very young, so we’ll approve the not so spammy spam comments. At least we know the spammers are finding and reading our blog, or their bots are.

Thought of the Day!

On March 6, 2010, in Random, by Radius

“A parent’s only as good as their dumbest kid. If one wins a Nobel Prize but the other gets robbed by a hooker, you failed.” Following Justin (shitmydadsays) on Twitter. We’ll launch out Twitter page over the next few days, but we doubt we’ll be as insightful as Justin’s Father.

That’s right Jan Brady, Radius Launches Online Book of Business Management for Insurance Agents

Radiusbob.com gives insurance agents the ability to Manage Leads, Clients, Commissions, Renewals, Products and more…

Radius (www.RadiusBob.com), an “Online Book of Business Management” tool for Insurance Agents and Agencies with unique “web-based” and “real-time ” functionality, has launched its Beta Phase. Online Book of Business Management sounds too simple, but with Radius it is exactly that…simple. Insurance Agents need the ability to work their Leads, Manage Clients, Track Commissions, Market Prospects and Sell Products, which is what Radius does. Radius eliminates the need to use Excel, ACT, Outlook and Salesforce.com to manage your Book of Business. Plus it is accessible via the web. So whether you are working from home, the office or in a meeting, you can access your book to do business. The Bobs have been hard at work for the past six months and along with the help of our Alpha Agents (thank you, thank you, thank you), we are pushing out Radius to all agents and agencies for Beta.
