Gaining Momentum!
The Bobs are really excited about the most recent updates and planned features for Radius Online Book of Business. Last week we spoke about what was rolled out or about to be rolled out to Radius (Upload Features, One click Lead to Client Conversion, User Interface Improvements and more…), but today we can cross those off the list. Our excitement comes from your actual feedback and suggestions to enhancing and fine tuning Radius to be the best and only Online Book of Business Management solution for the insurance industry.
Feedback & Support
First and foremost, we appreciate all of the feedback provided to this point and look forward to the continual in-site from the agent’s perspective. Because of your help we are proud to announce these new features
Here are a few items we will be rolling out this week:
* Contact Form Integration – Now Radius Agents have the ability to add an HTML Form on their website which allows for direct Lead import into their Radius Account. When a prospect completes the form and submits, their contact information, coverage request and comments shows up on the Dashboard as a Hot Lead. This new feature eliminates the need for manual entry for prospect information from your website into Radius.
* Commission and Renewal Calculations – Agents need to understand their revenue stream and now with the addition of “Commissions and Renewals”, agents have a direct line of sight to the amount of business they are writing. For each product an agent sales there can be a different value based upon their compensation plan. As a Lead is entered into Radius, assigning the Product starts the calculation of Potential Commissions. Then once a Lead is converted to a Client, the Renewal calculation kicks in.
Coming VERY Soon:
* Lead Form Field Extensions – Customize the Lead Form Fields for Coverage Type. We’ll get you started with our standard forms, you add or delete what you need to customize to your preferences for Lead Information.
* Norvax Integration – Using Norvax as your website Quote Engine? We are working on Norvax Integration to allow for Leads to be automatically posted from Norvax’s Quote Engine into Radius.
* Email Notifications – Receive email notifications when a Lead or Client is entered into Radius as well as when changes are made to Leads and Clients.
* And much much more…

It has been a couple of weeks since we last spoke and over the past month The Bobs (see “Office Space” reference) have been pounding away on the keyboard to continually improve Radius Online Book of Business.
Over this upcoming weekend, The Bobs will be pushing out fixes, updates and enhancements which won’t cause for any downtime, but you’ll notice right away. We definitely appreciate all your support and feedback throughout our Alpha Launch and Testing. A number of agents have provide valuable feedback about Radius that is going to make it a better product for every agent.
